Boosting top-level research
In the area of R&D, it is more and more about creating critical masses, which form the breeding ground for further environmental engineering innovations.
In that, in particular the cooperation of institutional research and companies is to be intensified, and main research areas are to be specified. In R&D forums, future main research areas are to be identified and pursued further. Furthermore, chances for research cooperations, like CD laboratories, k-projects, FFG-projects, etc. are to be used.
In the area of businesses as well as research, Styrian researchers are to be given simplified access to leading international magazines and journals. Thus, an editorial series in a leading magazine can be aimed at or the personal accesses to scientific journals passed on.
